RescuerPRO V1 Developed and Ready for Fire & Rescue Teams
Fall 2013 – Thanks to the collaboration of several great Fire & Rescue departments and our development teams the RescuerPRO payroll time summarizing and time smoothing software. RescuerPRO imports time sheet information and summarizes and smooths time data to meaningful data that regular payroll systems can handle. Finally, easy payroll smoothing for Fire & Rescue.
RescuerPRO converts the 24 hour time into regular time, working out of class time, sweat time, calculates vacation, bank time, overtime and many other time categories and pay codes. ALL calculations and summaries can be based on any contracts in place and all of these calculations can be change at any time. Normally this is something that requires complicated Excel spreadsheets and imported manually or hand-keyed by the end-user.
Summarize Payroll Data Over Multiple Pay Periods
RescuerPRO allows summarizing and smoothing over multiple pay periods! This is not something that payroll programs do with hourly calculations. Look back summaries can be performed over days, weeks or months, or the year. For example, you can pay a firefighter a bonus if a certain number of sweat hours were worked in a month, week, or in the last paycheck.
History of Transactions Maintained
RescuerPRO maintains history of all transactions by employee from the timekeeping systems and the calculated outputs for payroll. All of these data can be exported to Excel or other formats for analysis and reporting.
